Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Executive Learning professional to join our team. As an Executive Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development programs for our executives.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify developmental needs and create tailor-made learning solutions. Your role will involve conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theories, and executive coaching. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential for this position. A proven track record in developing leadership skills and driving organizational growth through learning initiatives is highly desirable.
