Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Horizon Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Your duties will include posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. Collaborating with other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates will be crucial to ensure a seamless hiring process. Ultimately, your contribution will enable us to attract and hire the most qualified individuals for our open positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Assist teams in screening resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them during interviews
  • Utilize recruiting software to track open roles
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Engage in recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of one year proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Technologically adept
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars
  • Experience in closing technical positions

NOTE:

This is an on-site role based in Karachi, with our office conveniently located in PECHS, near the main Baloch Colony, off to Shahra-e-Faisal. The shift timings for this position will be from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
