About the role:
F&B Procurement Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting effective procurement for our restaurant business Kanteen & Café.
Your key deliverables will be to:
Procurement
– Developing procurement framework for acquisition of all food items
– Creating an inventory management system to ensure efficient food management
– Optimizing inventory levels and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, usage, and lead times in collaboration with relevant F&B team members
– Documenting daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory (store level)
– Ordering new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
– Ensuring the quality of ingredients procured
– Identifying opportunities for cost savings improvements, implementing initiatives, tracking and reporting on key procurement performance metrics
Vendor Identification
– Analyzing different suppliers to obtain cost-effective deals
– Negotiating with potential vendors and maintaining a vendor pool
– Onboarding new vendors and undertaking pilot tests to determine vendor’s capabilities
– Identifying improvement areas in existing vendors
– Ensuring adherence to approved quality standards, SOPs, and compliance
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in the Restaurant Industry.
