Job Description
Zapp, a premier food service provider, is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Management Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about optimizing order processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our riders, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate assignment of incoming ride orders to available riders.
- Coordinating with riders to ensure efficient routes and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitoring real-time data to identify and address any disruptions or delays.
- Collaborating with the operations team to enhance overall order management efficiency.
- Serving as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with riders and providing customer support.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cab service operations is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Act as a chat support representative for customer inquiries and assistance.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in customer interactions.
