Job Description

Role Description:
- Conducting internal audits to assess financial and operational controls.
- Evaluating internal processes and systems efficiency.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, proposing improvements.
- Assisting in developing a robust risk management framework.
- Assessing risk factors in procurement, production, and quality control.
- Recommending enhancements for operational effectiveness and cost reduction.
- Preparing comprehensive audit reports for management.
- Communicating results to Concern HOD, explaining issues and suggesting remediation.
- Developing and executing risk-based audit plans for gloves manufacturing.
- Coordinating audit activities, including fieldwork and testing.
- Monitoring and ensuring prompt implementation of audit recommendations.
- Regularly assessing and adjusting internal controls for ongoing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Professional certification such as (CIA), (ACCA), (CPA), or equivalent is preferable.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of gloves manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
