Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer in Karachi. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, overseeing finances, communicating with clients, resolving customer service issues, and promoting sales.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Experience with finance and sales
- Customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
