Job Description
Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited is currently seeking suitable candidates for the Operations and Customer Support Services Department. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Position Level: Customer Support Officer – Call Center
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: At least 01 year or above (Call Center Experience in Capital Market / Bank will be preferred)
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answering incoming calls of customers.
- Responding to emails and resolving complaints.
- Registering queries in CRM and following up with the department for timely resolution.
- Assisting in preparing daily and monthly reports.
Required Soft Skills:
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication (English and Urdu language).
- Effective time management and active listening skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Creative and result-oriented.
- Positive attitude towards learning and development.
- Strong team player.
