Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to join our team in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR function of the company. This includes managing employee benefits, developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and hiring, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation
- Experience in conducting job analysis and performance evaluations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
