Job Description
Al-Burraq Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in the role of Telesales Representative. In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate and receive calls to existing and potential customers, promoting our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Al-Burraq Technologies’ products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through active listening and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, turning inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and other documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to enhance products and services, and communicate valuable insights to the relevant teams.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in telesales or a call center environment is a plus.
