Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Officer with a strong background in staff augmentation to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors in the staff augmentation space.
    • Analyze client needs and develop a deep understanding of the staff augmentation landscape.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target client organizations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize staff augmentation solutions based on client requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive continuous business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing innovative staffing solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the staff augmentation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
