Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Assistant Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, with experience managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new sales opportunities, and analyze market trends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in the electrical engineering or solar energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field
