Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Optimizer located in Karachi. The Customer Experience Optimizer will be responsible for providing customer support that achieves customer satisfaction and enhances their overall customer experience. The responsibilities also include managing and responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service Representative skills such as active listening, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills and demonstrated passion for customer satisfaction
  • Prior experience in a Customer Experience or Customer Support role
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (both written and spoken), proficiency in other languages would be a plus
  • Experience with related technologies such as CRM and ticketing systems is desired
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
