Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying up-selling opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in managing client relationships and identifying up-selling opportunities
- Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
