Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islāmābād, Pakistan for a Manager Aftersales. The Manager Aftersales will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aftersales operations, including service, parts, and customer support, to meet the company’s objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant aftersales or service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve its goals.
• Good understanding of aftersales operations, including service, parts, and customer support processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience using automotive dealership management software.
• Fluency in English and Urdu, with multilingual communication skills being a plus.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
