Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Sr Business Development Manager. The Sr Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, creating and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales team. The Sr Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing business proposals and presentations, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Experience in the digital or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Urdu
