Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Karachi. As a Senior Training Executive, you will be responsible for executing and implementing training programs, organizing training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. Working closely with the Operations team, you will identify and address training needs by visiting restaurants, observing operations, and discussing with restaurant management. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training materials as needed and manage training budgets according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in implementing training programs and evaluating training sessions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred with relevant experience
