Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Relationship Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, efficiently gathering information on pick-up and drop-off addresses, providing accurate quotes to customers, and creating invoices. In addition to excellent communication skills, the candidate should be proactive in outbound sales calls to increase revenue and collaborate with external partners for pricing information.
