Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue. The candidate must have experience in the IT Industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Must have experience in building Business Development strategies to increase company revenue
- Ability to supervise the team and set up KPI’s and evaluating performances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Must have experience in the IT Industry
- 5-10 Years of relevant experience
