Job Description
Company Description: One of the leading Dermatology, laser, hair transplant, liposuction, and Cosmetic surgery centers in Pakistan.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Cosmetique Institute located in Lahore. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, performing administrative tasks, managing correspondence, coordinating appointments, facilitating communication between departments, greeting customers, and managing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an assistant or in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders respectfully and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree will be preferred, but not required.
