Job Description

• Manage cross functional teams throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Be able to maintain project schedules and track all project related activities.
• Define project scope and align with the objectives of the project.
• Regular reporting to all project stakeholders and sponsors.
• Actively participate in client discussions. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Maintain regular communication with a cross-functional team.
• Keep a transparent view of all team members for deliverables, tracking progress, and highlight any slippages.
• Knowledge of various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to work on estimations, its compilation, and presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Raise resource requirements based on sizing and effort.
• Should have knowledge of project costing, accruals, and projections.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Set goals for each team member.
• Evaluate performance based on the goals assigned.
• Have in-depth knowledge of PMI Standards.
• Knowledge of CMMI practices is a plus.
