Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery / Customer Service Representative located in Johar Town, Lahore. The primary duty of the Recovery / Customer Service Representative is to call existing clients and demand timely payments of installments. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating more complex issues to higher tiers of support as needed. Additionally, they will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and meet individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have worked in a Real Estate Company
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
