Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer base while meeting sales goals through prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and complex negotiations. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize customer satisfaction while representing SNJ in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a related field with a track record of achieving sales goals and targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders of all levels
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with the ability to demonstrate self-initiative and attention to detail with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM software and reporting, and market analysis
