Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Executive in the field of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies relating to AML/CFT/KYC/STRs. Your main duties will include conducting risk assessments, implementing compliance programs, monitoring transactions, and reporting any suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar compliance role within the financial industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/KYC/STRs regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
