Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Recruiter. The Assistant Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks and onboarding. They will be responsible for maintaining recruitment records and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
