Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an assistant at Al-Hilal Enterprises located in Faisalabad. The assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations, managing correspondence and scheduling, and performing various administrative duties as assigned by management. The assistant will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
