Role Description
This is a full-time job for a Corporate Lawyer at Khan & Associates in Lahore. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks such as contract drafting and review, negotiations, research, due diligence, and dispute resolution. The Corporate Lawyer will also be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various matters related to the client’s business operations in Pakistan.
Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate law and regulations
- Experience in contract drafting and review, due diligence, and dispute resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in advising international clients is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution; Masters in Law (LLM) is preferred
