Asas International School is a private co-educational school providing students with an international standard education from Play Group to IGCSE O/A Level through the University of Cambridge and the University of London. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior School Headmistress (Grade V to O Level) at Asas International School located in Islamabad. The Headmistress will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring the delivery of a high-standard educational curriculum, and overseeing the educational team to ensure smooth functioning of the school. The Headmistress will report directly to the Director.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational management role, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement education policies and curriculum
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, parents, and students
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Dedicated to providing a high-quality education to students
- Experience with using technology in education
