Are you a proactive and ambitious individual eager to dive into the world of talent acquisition? We’re seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to be a key player in our dynamic HR team at Game District.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews
- Maintaining candidate databases
- Assisting with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
- Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting initial screenings to identify the best fits
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Providing support to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions and interview materials
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
