Job Description

Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for contract drafting, global trademark protection, litigation management, legal research, and regulatory compliance? We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Manage the registration and protection of trademarks worldwide.
• Oversee and manage litigation matters, including coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of post-graduation experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of intellectual property laws and procedures with experience in managing IP portfolios.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures including legal research, case preparation, and case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
