Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced candidate to join our team as a Senior Officer in the Global Product Development department.
As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing the development and launch of new products in international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful execution of product development strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of global product development projects
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative and competitive products
- Create and implement product launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new product introductions and make recommendations for improvement
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product development. Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this role.
