Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and meeting their needs.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Address client issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and account metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in working with CRM software
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
