Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Strong background in HR
- Proven experience in HR management
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies
- Expertise in employee benefits
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
