Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Development Executive to join our team. As a Training & Development Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Your duties will include conducting training needs assessments, developing training modules, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. You will also collaborate with various departments to identify training gaps and develop tailored programs to address those needs.
Key requirements for this role include strong communication skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to create engaging and interactive training materials. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail and be well-versed in using training software and tools.
