Job Description
JazzCash is currently seeking a Head of Growth to join our dynamic team and spearhead our business expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing growth strategies to help us achieve our business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, develop novel customer acquisition channels, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies and initiatives.
- Evaluate and identify new customer acquisition channels and partnerships.
- Enhance user engagement and retention through data-driven insights.
- Optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels in collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth prospects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and surpassing targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data for decision-making.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
