Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Support Specialist. The Customer Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical support issues are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support and Cross-sale skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and verbal communication abilities
- Solid Analytical skills for problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a BPO and working for US-bound campaigns
Office based job at our Johar Town, Lahore based office
Timings:
9:00 PM to 6: 00 AM
