We offer a comprehensive suite of services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

- A regular day consists of 9 working hours, and 5 days a week.
- You have the flexibility to start your day anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, as long as you complete the required 9 hours of work.
Job Description:
- Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Data Entry: Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding, and proper allocation of expenses.
- Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records, ensuring all documentation is readily accessible.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations, such as tax withholding and reporting requirements.
- Reporting: Assist in generating accounts payable reports and financial data analysis for management.
- Audit Support: Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits of accounts payable processes.
Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related education qualifications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
