Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, identifying, and engaging with top talent for our various job openings.
As a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough research to identify potential candidates through online sourcing, job boards, databases, and social media platforms.
- Reviewing resumes and applications, and screening candidates based on their qualifications and job fit.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Building and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Supporting the coordination of interviews and assessments for candidates.
- Providing timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the team.
