We are currently hiring for one of our clients located in E-11, Islamabad. The position is for a Call Center Specialist at HR Business Solutions.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist at HR Business Solutions in Islamabad. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining the company’s reputation. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a commitment to effectively utilizing available resources to respond to customer inquiries with the goal of resolving issues during the first interaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support and Contact Center experience
- Generating Sales through Leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy and proficiency in commonly used tools such as Microsoft Office
