Job Description
We at Hadayat & Co. are hiring for the position of Branch Manager for our Rawalpindi Branch. This is an ON-SITE, Full Time position.
Hadayat & Co. is a premium supplier of branded imported products to the Pakistani construction industry. The company is the preferred vendor for many prestigious projects in Pakistan and has satisfied clients all over the country. Hadayat & Co. has only one goal in mind: to bring world-class comfort and styling to its clients’ lives. The company has multiple retail infrastructure offices and showrooms located throughout the country.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager in Rawalpindi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising daily branch operations, maintaining inventory, managing customer service, and play a vital role in hiring and training staff. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales goals by leading the branch sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and supervising daily branch operations
- Experience in Sales Operations and Management
- 5+ years of relevant or similar experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service
- Experience in achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
