Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Legal. As the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to our organization, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to support business objectives and mitigate legal risks
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, employment, and regulatory compliance
- Manage all legal disputes and litigation, working closely with external legal counsel
- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an excellent academic record. Advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the IT industry
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and drafting
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
