Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance on WhatsApp, handling phone calls, and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, order status, and other inquiries.
• Drive sales by showcasing a deep understanding of our fashion products and making personalized recommendations.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of Mayapret’s product line and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and phone-based customer support.
