Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at MCB Bank Limited in Sialkot. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the branch’s operations, including customer service, business development, sales, and operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Ability to analyze financial statements and reports
