Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our organization’s human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
