Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and engage potential candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, strong research skills, and the ability to identify top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
2. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
3. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
4. Screen and assess candidate qualifications through initial contact, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
6. Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of sourcing activities, challenges, and potential solutions.
7. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining a tracker on MS Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
