Job Description
- Assist in implementing AML/CFT Program.
- Analyze, assess and process Transaction Monitoring (AML) alerts inline with TATs along with logical evidences and appropriate comments.
- Ensure adequate record keeping inline with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and improvement of transaction monitoring indicators.
- Managing team of AML Analysts, including but not limited to assigning alerts, reviewing their work and ensuring adequate supporting documentation for closure of alerts.
- Guiding team of analysts to ensure completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Review of client’s account activity, statements, transactions and client profile information which may result in escalation of unusual activities to internal stakeholders.
- Identifying potential STRs with supporting documents for discussion with Line Manager and Head AML/CFT.
- Staying up to date with market practices and new developments.
- To ensure completion of tasks assigned by line manager.
- Implementation of AML Program, Managing Transaction Monitoring Alerts, Ensuring timely closure of alerts along with adequate evidences, system improvements, performing analytics and staying up to date with market practices and new developments.
