Job Description
About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in our organization by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify and address employee performance or disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
