Job Description
We’re currently seeking talented and driven individuals to join our Karachi Office as Social Media Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing online communities for various platforms and target audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Writing clear and concise content with grammatical accuracy
- Proofreading copy and captions before posting
- Creating reels and stories for events
- Ensuring timely and error-free content posting
- Moderating assigned Social Media pages
- Responding to customer queries and managing negative comments
- Analyzing brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Preparing monthly analysis and performance reports
Key Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2 years of agency experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Social Media landscape
- Extensive experience with Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work meticulously under pressure and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal teams
- Openness to providing and receiving feedback
