Job Description
The Humanitarian Affairs Officer (SB4/3) position is a crucial role in humanitarian organizations. As a Humanitarian Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects related to humanitarian assistance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on humanitarian affairs, policies, and related issues.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, projects, and initiatives to address humanitarian needs.
- Monitoring and analyzing humanitarian trends, situations, and developments and providing timely and accurate reports.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and other humanitarian actors.
- Facilitating and participating in meetings, conferences, and workshops on humanitarian affairs.
- Supporting fundraising and resource mobilization efforts for humanitarian projects.
