Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Coordinator based in Lahore. The Office Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operations of the office. The tasks include, but are not limited to, organizing and scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and correspondence, managing office equipment and supplies, and providing support to other teams as needed. The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and therefore should possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Social media handling skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Office Equipment and Supply Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Calendar Management
  • Good communication skills required

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree + experience will be preferred.
