Job Description

As the Cash Management Lead at Shell, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective cash management strategies for the organization. Your responsibilities will include cashflow forecasting, funds placement optimization, bank reconciliation, SAP integration, leadership, reporting, compliance, and collaboration with other departments. Responsibilities:

• Cashflow Forecasting: Conduct daily cash flow forecasting and collaborate with relevant teams for accurate projections.
• Cash Management: Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage cash and maximize returns while maintaining liquidity requirements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Manage bank reconciliation process, investigate and resolve discrepancies for primary bank accounts.
• SAP Integration: Work closely with IT and finance teams to connect primary bank systems with SAP for real-time data synchronization and accurate financial reporting.
• Leadership: Provide leadership to the Cash Management Support team, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Reporting: Generate reports on cash positions and forecasting accuracy, and communicate financial insights to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cash management, while staying updated on industry best practices and recommending improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, treasury, and other relevant departments to optimize cash-related processes.
